Alice Guo is spy, but ‘not special one’

Belt and Road Initiative is China’s massive infrastructure project spans multiple countries, which aims to establish new, modern “Silk Road”.
Meanwhile, China’s United Front is network of Chinese Communist Party with various allies to achieve specific objectives.
