Edit button test on the go-Twitter

“Edit Tweet is feature that lets people make changes to their Tweet after it’s been published,” the Twitter company said on its blog “think of it as short period of time to do things like fix typos, add missed tags, and more.”
Twitter has begun actively testing an edit button, after months of publicly discussing such tweak. The trial of “Edit Tweet” will begin with internal employees, then be expanded out to the platform’s “Twitter Blue” subscription population.
Under revision being studied, users could edit tweet ” few times” in 30 minutes after initial posting, in ways that transparently note changes to “help protect integrity of conversation and create publicly accessible record of what was said”.
