The influential religious group whose endorsement is among those heavily wooed in Philippine elections also announced its support for the senatorial candidacies of Jejomar Binay,Alan Peter Cayetano,JV Ejercito,Guillermo Eleazar,Francis Escudero,Jinggoy Estrada,Sherwin Gatchalian,Loren Legarda,Robin Padilla,Joel Villanueva,Mark Villar, and Juan Miguel Zubiri
The announcement was aired on the Iglesia ni Cristo’s Net 25.
Carpio said the endorsement carried with it the challenge to unify people and get through the COVID-19 pandemic.
The tandem is on its final stretch of the campaign this week, with grand rallies scheduled in Guimbal, Iloilo; Tagum in Davao del Norte; and Paranaque City.
